SOFTWARE-HARDWARE BALANCING SYSTEM PAK-1

The software and hardware balancing complex based on a personal computer is designed to work as part of both pre-resonance balancing machines with tuning in terms of geometric dimensions of the rotor, and to work with non-resonance machines with tuning by the method of three test launches. The PAK-1 balancing system is based on an industrial fanless computer with an active touch TFT monitor, running a licensed Windows OS. The system PAK-1 is biplanar with the possibility of static (single-plane) balancing in dynamic mode. Setup is performed using the 3-start method.

The industrial computer is protected by an uninterruptible power supply. A USB port for connecting the laser printer, flash USB memory, a port for connecting to the LAN and Ethernet network make the process of processing the balancing results more convenient. The system software allows you to adjust the machine on serial rotors with an initial imbalance, what eliminates the waste of time on the manufacture of the reference rotor and carrying out conditional balancing. Step-by-step text hints make it easy to set up and work with the system, to spend a minimum of time for training, and to start working with confidence. Besides  performance all the functions inherent in the balancing device PB-02M, the PAK-1 system has a number of significant additions. Automatic rotation of the balanced part to the place of installation or removal of corrective mass. Calculation of values of unit permissible masses and control weights required for adjustment of the balancing system to the new rotor. Distribution of imbalance into several correction planes. Decomposition of imbalance by fixed points using loads of fixed mass. Drawing up and printing the reports on performed rotor balancing. It consists of measuring unit, personal computer and motor control unit based on frequency converter.

The program covers the main modes that allow you to easily, ergonomically and quickly balance:

“Calculation” mode

Calculation of unit permissible masses (UPM) by rotor accuracy class Calculation of UPM by specific rotor imbalance Calculation of UPM by permissible residual rotor imbalance

“Configuration” mode

Entry of values of control loads Determination of factors of influence by method of 3 launches Writing configuration data to your computer’s hard drive

“Balancing” mode

Select the saved cell number Description of elements of the Window “Balancing”

“Memory” mode

Memory mode allows you to view the results of measurements performed for the current setup number. The selected measurement results can be averaged.

The program functions that cover all balancing needs are developed

The function ”Unbalance Vectors Add” The function n-Plane correction distribution The function “Drill Depth Calculation”

The “Fixed Point Imbalance Decomposition” Function The “Balance Mandrel Eccentricity Accounting” Function The “Automatic Averaging” Function

The “Balance History Display” Function The “Vibration Sensor Harmonic Analysis.” Function The “Recalculate imbalance to other correction planes.” Function

Equipment It may be equipped with a panel personal computer with a touch-sensitive liquid crystal screen. This eliminates the need to use standard data input tools (keyboard, mouse).
