ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES
The 9A series was designed to meet the needs of small series and individual production, but due to its versatility and productivity, it has also found wide application in various repair shops.
High balancing accuracy 0,4 gmm/kg = 0,4 µm
- The special design of the rollers, which are assembled with precision bearings and use the advanced, patented grinding technology “exact barrel” ®.
- The monolithic design of the supports and base prevents vibration losses during balancing by reducing the number of “oscillation system” elements.
- High-precision sensors can even detect micro-vibration coming from the rotor.
Usability
- The machine’s hard-bearing design is most suitable for small rotors. If the customer prefers a soft bearing support, the machine can be equipped with this on request.
- The design of the belt drive system allows a high degree of belt tensioning repeatability, which plays a large role in the re-placing of the rotor. The belt drive system is equipped with a micro-tuning function which allows the belt tension force to be adjusted.
- The design of the supports, provides good access to the support rollers, this allows quick re-installation of the rotor, and also allows quick replacement of the roller unit with a prism unit, this greatly reduces changeover time.
- The special design of the machine enables the balancing of rotors with small distance between the rotor bearing journals, the only restriction is the width of the drive belt.
- The machine has a frequency inverter asynchronous electric drive with a powerful electric motor. The use of a frequency inverter enables infinitely variable speed control of the rotor, as well as smooth acceleration and deceleration.
- The machine supports are height-adjustable which allows to balance rotors with different diameter of bearing journals and helps to centre the workpiece when adjusting the machine.
- The machine requires no special foundation and can be installed on a standard concrete floor.
