PRESS FOR ASSEMBLY AND STACKING U-JOINTS OF CARDAN SHAFTS P1515K
Hydraulic press is designed to disassembly and assembly of u-joints, pressing forks and spline pairs into a tube of a driveshaft, removal and installation of a center bearing and a sliding flange of a driveshaft, punching of crosses forks of a driveshaft in repair and production.
Thanks to an exchangeable tooling, the press can be used for the mounting of various assemblies and parts, as well as for technological operations such as bending, keyway broaching, bearing installation, punching and straightening.
The force and movement of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by means of a metering pump. By turning the handwheel to the left or right, you can simultaneously and very precisely control the feed rate and speed.
The force acting on the workpiece will also be proportional. When the handwheel is released, the force on the workpiece is also reduced to a minimum.

- Centring housing for the punches.
- Set of 8 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 20 to 31 mm for drive shafts.
- Set of 4 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 15 to 19 mm for steering shafts.
