ADVANTAGES
Designed for welding, assembly, straightening during repair and production of cardan shafts.
The stand allows, having previously set the cardan shaft with a minimum runout, to weld the annular seams of cardan shafts in a semi-automatic mode with constant uniform rotation and the required quality of penetration.
In automatic mode, the welding process takes place without operator’s intervention. The welding process is terminated automatically after a complete revolution of the workpiece, taking into account the welding latch.
Furthermore, the stand is equipped with a straightening module, which enables the curvature of the driveshaft tube to be corrected directly at the stand.
The stand is also capable of processing propshafts and other products with parameters other than those shown above, provided that this does not impede the comfortable operation.
