The machine is designed for dynamic balancing of 2-support cardan shafts weighing up to 70 kg and up to 2000 mm long. The scope of delivery includes a universal cam clamping tool.
Design features

Roller bearings with spherical rollers do not give “knurling” on the necks, and provide the required balancing accuracy.The support rollers are designed as a fully disassembled bearing assembly, which simplifies its maintenance. Interchangeable prism bearings allow the rotor to be balanced in its own bearings or bearing assemblies. The narrow support legs of the machine make it possible to balance rotors of complex configuration or rotors with “narrow” bearing journals.
The belt drive ensures the versatility of the machine. The belt tension mechanism has a large stroke – having 2 belts, you can balance any parts. The cantilever arrangement of the belt guide rollers and the drive pulley allows quick installation and tension of the belt, without disassembling the assembly. The machine can be mounted on a regular workshop floor, followed by fastening to it. Asynchronous frequency-controlled electric drive allows you to perform stepless speed control without stopping the electric motor, the choice of optimal modes for balancing, as well as perform the rotation of the rotor.
