Over-resonant machines for the qualitative determination and elimination of rotor imbalance of various configurations, having a mass of up to 65,000 kg. The machines manufactured by VTM GROUP are a set of innovative technical solutions that can significantly reduce the time for repair and maintenance of the rotor, while ensuring the safety of the product and the personnel being serviced. For balancing heavy rotors, a special series of machines was produced, consisting of several models. These machines differ based on the maximum weight of the product to be balanced. So machines for rotors weighing 10,000, 25,000, 40,000 and 65,000 kg are mass-produced. Machines of the heavy series have a high measurement accuracy of 1.0 g∙mm/kg (by special order, it is possible to manufacture a machine with an accuracy of 0.4 g∙mm/kg).
