During training, staff acquires such knowledge and skills as:

  • Equipment adjustment and calibration technology.
  • Features and functions of the balancing system.
  • Design features of balanced rotors.
  • Ways to eliminate various errors that may affect the balancing process.
  • Various options for carrying out a balancing operation using tooling and equipment.
  • Methods for quality control of the balancing operation for the manufacture of a balanced rotor.

As a rule, the development of the listed above knowledge takes no more than one day, this is due to the simplicity of equipment management and a set of various functions of the balancing system that simplify the work of the operator.

Our company has created all the conditions for effective staff training, however, if necessary, training can take place on the customer’s premises.
